Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide the best AI video generation experience. However, due to the substantial computational costs associated with generating AI content (text, images, audio, video), all sales are generally final.

• We offer a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not generated more than 1 video or consumed more than 100 credits.
• Refunds are not available for subscription renewals if the cancellation was not made before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not available for technical issues resulting from user error, incompatible devices, or misuse of the service.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@autoaishorts.com with your account email and order details.

We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.

3. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).

4. Exception for Technical Failures

If our service fails to deliver the promised content due to a verified bug or system outage on our end, we may issue a partial or full refund or credit your account with additional usage credits at our discretion.
